Stakeholders are those who are interested in the result of your project. Members of a project team, project managers, executives, project sponsors, customers, and users are common examples. Stakeholders are people who will be impacted by your project at any stage during its life cycle, and their input can have a direct impact on the final result. To collaborate on a project, it’s critical to practice strong stakeholder management and communicate frequently.
