Scrum meeting is a catch-all word for several sorts of meetings conducted by Scrum teams. Daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retrospectives are all examples of Scrum meetings. Most Scrum meetings, including the ones we’ll go through later, should involve the complete Scrum team. People on the team include a Scrum Master, a product owner, and a development team. Scrum meetings are classified into three types: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Spirit Retrospective. Scrum teams operate under tight deadlines and are accountable for completing and submitting projects regularly.
