Sprint Backlog

What is Sprint Backlog ?

Software development teams might use Sprint Backlogs to whittle away at a big list of tasks. The Sprint Backlog is used in a unique way by each team. They don’t alter the Sprint Backlog in any way. At the Sprint Planning Meeting, they define each Sprint Backlog. It’s set once they’ve created the Sprint Backlog. The team adds new issues to the Product Backlog if they arise during the Sprint. They will address these concerns in a subsequent Sprint.

A Sprint Backlog is easier to grasp than a Product Backlog since it is simpler, smaller, and easier to manage. To make the Sprint go smoothly, teams must still strategize and collaborate with the Project Owner and Scrum Master. They must be aware of their resources’ limitations.
